Darrell G. House

House, 84, of Morrison, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2018, at Resthave Home in Morrison.     Darrell was born March 6, 1934, in Sterling, the son of Paul and Lauretta (Chapman) House Sr. He married Shirley Conner on June 26, 1953, in Morrison.     Survivors include his wife, Shirley of Morrison; two daughters, Sherry (Bob) Martin of Denver and Jackie (Ron) Herberg of Andalusia; four sons, Steve (Jennifer) House of Norfolk, Virginia, Bill (Linda) House of Rock Falls, Brian (Jeanie) House of Morrison and Chris (Kris) House of Rock Falls; one sister, Diana (Doug) Sisson of Sterling; three brothers, Rick (Jana) House and Doug (Rose) House, both of Sterling, and Jerry (Carol) House of Morrison; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.     He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Paul House Jr.     Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation in Sterling. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Reformed Church in Sterling, with the Rev. Gary Dekoekkoek officiating.
